1. Mentoring – one of my many strong suits has been encouraging children and youth to allow them to develop a sense of happiness and ingenuity.

2. Negotiating – with children negotiation is always needed for sometimes it can take a lot of courage for them to try new things and having a good negotiator can allow them to feel safe.

3. Friendliness- pleasant to be around with friendly face and smile can teach children to help each other about cooperation and trust.
