Responsibilities include:
Managing supplies and product inventory spaces, tracking
Organizing workspaces and managing workflow
Creating and/or supervising production procedures
Answering calls, taking messages and filing
Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
General tasks related to the upkeep of premises
Reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines
Miscellaneous tasks to support Director, which will vary to ensure that the business is being run efficiently and in good order at all times
