Position: Information Technology Analyst
Report to: Call Center Manager
Summary Duties: Design, and analyze efficient IT systems; attain feedback from end users to improve systems; monitor system upgrades and security measures.
- Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Monitor system upgrades.
- Conduct regular reviews of systems and generating reports
- Adhere to company policies.
- Any other assigned from time to time.
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum: High School Diploma
- 1 year experience in Information Technology will be an asset.
- Knowledge of Active directory
- Network monitoring software
- Operating system software
- Virus protection software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail.
- Be flexible to work on weekend, holidays and different schedules.
- Solution oriented - able to find simple solutions to complex issues
- Team player – able to work effectively in a team
- Ability to meet deadlines.
