Parrot Cove Lodge is a 12 room Petite beach resort in Hopkins Village.
We strive to give the best possible, personalized service to our visiting guests in an unique upscale setting. We are the home of award winning Chef Rob’s Gourmet Café.
For the coming season we have job openings for the following position;
Front desk clerk
For this position we are looking for a seasoned front desk staff preferably with reservations or concierge experience.
Job responsibilities will include;
· Make sure the complete reservations and check-in, stay and check out process for our guests is 100% memorable in a positive way.
· Basic accounting procedures
· Advising and booking of guest’s tours and activities
The ideal candidate will have;
· Front of the house experience in an upscale resort
· A pleasant bubbly personality with a smile that never fades
· Good personal organizational skills and a ‘I will get things done’ mentality
· Understanding of basic accounting procedures
· All positions require a lot of flexibility and ambition; Candidates have to be willing to work weekends, holidays and ‘odd shifts’ at times.
· We surely valid education and work experience however a positive attitude, honesty and good motivation are valued even higher.
