Job Description

We are searching for fluent, excellent English speaking agents who will work from home answering inbound calls for a world renowned travel agency, to create / modify / cancel reservations (using a central booking engine) for a variety of hotels /airlines around the world.

KRAs (Key Result Areas)

  • Answer inbound calls related to trip reservations within stipulated SLAs
  • Provide customers with accurate information on query calls
  • Action queries or booking modifications as per company requirements

 

 

Roles and responsibilities

 

  • Answer all calls received within stipulated SLA
  • Attempt to have first call resolution (Query resolved on first call from customer) on all calls received as per agreed upon targets
  • Achieve targets as set out by management
  • Make all attempts within reason to retain/save bookings when guest request to cancel
  • Actively respond to inbound calls from our hotels and sort guests' query as needed, whether it be creating, modifying or cancelling reservations.
  • Become experts in the field as well as keep track of new information being circulated in the travel industry
  • Answer guest inquiries pertaining to hotel services, Airlines registration of guests, and shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions, travel rules and regulations etc.
  • Present excellent customer service in all forms of communication with all stakeholders
