[Perhaps a metaphorical ref. to a wild cat of the same name, which sounds like a noisy bird]

halari2  n. jaguarundi, the smallest, species of wild cat in Belize; it makes a sound like the chirping of a bird. Felis yagouaroundi.

halarin  n. hollering, shouting, yelling.

hashishi  adj. dry and scaly.

Gyal, goh put sohn loashan pahn yu fut kaa ih luk hashishi.
Girl, go put some lotion on your feet because they look dry and scaly.
