- Principal objectives of the position: Develop, analyze and manage key operational indicators and business result for better decision making by the VP to ensure operational continuity and offer solutions that helps improve the processes and profitability of the logistic businesses.
- Functions: Information analysis to propose schemes of distribution expense savings for at least 4 chains (Aggregates, Multiproduct, Additives and Raw materials). Analyze expenditure costs of distribution and operation to give visibility of possible areas of opportunity and to help to solve problems. Develop and promote tools, schemes, audits and best practices that will always ensure operational continuity.
